Ten Reasons I Like About Meditating

  

1. When I’m meditating it relaxes my mind.

2. Meditating gets my mind off of things.

3. Meditating feels like l’m on a vacation or an amazing place to relax in. 

4. I’d rather used guided meditation or music with earphones on when I meditate.

5. Meditation improves health, especially for depression and anxiety.

  

6. After, when I meditate I feel so relaxed.

7. I can feel a positive energy throughout the day.

8. When I meditate before bedtime, I can sleep peacefully.

9. I can visualize a scene when I use meditation apps on my iPad or iPhone, or on YouTube.

10. I CAN FEEL FREE.
