Favorite Diarist

These are four of my favorite diarist. They’re writers and I enjoy reading their books and even quotes. I also learn more about their story. They even inspired others, including me to write only about anything. Here are four of my favorite diarist:

1. Anne Frank

Anne Frank’s diary was brought out after her death. Her diary inspires others all over the nation. She’s my favorite because she uses her diary while she and her family were in hiding during the war. She uses her diary as a friend who can write letters to and expressed her thoughts away. There’s quotes of her and it’s from her diary. It’s an inspiration to all of us.

2. Zlata Filipovic

Zlata Filipovic is my favorite diarist because she uses her diary during her hardest times, at war. Zlata’s diary is like Anne Frank’s diary. She too uses a nickname for her diary, “Minny” just like when Anne’s diary is “Kitty”. Her diary was published in book form in 1993. Zlata has also done about other work like forward in the book “The Freedom Writers Diary” and some documentaries.

3. Anais Nin

Anais Nin is my favorite diarist because her journals had made her into a writer. She brought out her diaries in 1931-1947. She also brought out many of her writings. There’s books about her that’s published after her death in 1977.

4. Sylvia Path

Sylvia Path is my favorite diarist because she carries a diary since the age of eleven. She uses her writings, especially her poems to published books. She also put out her writings in magazines. Sylvia’s writings became an inspiration to all after her suicidal death in 1963. She’s fighting with depression through most of her adult life. Her mother published her letters in 1975.
